"Tropical Nutrition" was founded in 2001 by Heini Joensen. He, coming from Denmark, has been living in Thailand for many years where he learned about the popularity and versatility of Virgin Coconut Oil. He had contact to a local family business and learned the whole process of producing Organic Coconut Oil; the way it’s been done for hundreds of years, even before machines and technology was used. Mr. Joensen was fascinated by the exclusive product and its traditional manufacturing, knowing, that natural products from organic farming prove to be increasingly popular and valuable. So he started up his own small production. Due to the uncompromised quality of the product, demand and production steadily increased. Today, we use advanced technology that enables us to not only serve the domestic market, but also to export Virgin Coconut Oil. Following increased requests of our valued customers we were able to expand our line of Organic Coconut Pruducts. We are holding Certifications of USDA Organic, EU Organic, JAS, KOREA-Organic, HALAL, Kosher and GMP. In May 2012, Ronald Fröhlich took the position as CEO of “Tropical Nutrition”. We will continue to satisfy our customers with Organic Coconut Oil as well as other Organic Coconut Products of highest quality!
